Gippsland Grammar is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to head Years 3–6 at St Anne's Campus. You will combine teaching excellence with leadership, reporting to the Head of Junior School and collaborating with Deputy Head.

The role includes dedicated time release (0.2FTE) and a 4% POR allowance to support leadership duties beyond classroom teaching. You'll lead your team to deliver high-quality primary education aligned with school vision, fostering wellbeing, and engaging with the wider school

Qualifications

• Demonstrated high-level organisational skills in a Junior School environment.
• Strong ICT capability and willingness to engage with technology.
• Ability to encourage full participation in school life and activities.
• Experience of working in a team-leadership capacity.
• Effective communication and relationship-building with staff, students and families.

Responsabilités

• Lead your allocated team to deliver high-quality primary education aligned with school and campus goals.
• Support campus operation and development, focusing on team coordination and performance.
• Foster a strong wellbeing culture within your team and among students.
• Engage with the wider school community and represent the school at events.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with school vision and values.
• Contribute to the leadership of the wider campus under guidance of the Head of Junior School.
