Formación

• A commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.
• Current Teacher Registration in South Australia.
• Teacher Accreditation in Catholic Education South Australia, or the ability to obtain accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary pedagogical practices and curriculum delivery.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships across the school community.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to contribute effectively as a member of a professional team.
• Excellent organisational skills, initiative and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Confidence in the use of ICT to support teaching, learning and administration.
• A willingness to actively support and contribute to the Catholic identity, vision and culture of the school.
• Current Working with Children Check, Catholic Clearance, Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect certification, and relevant First Aid certification (or the ability to obtain these prior to commencement).

• Differentiate teaching and learning to meet the diverse needs of students and support individual learning goals.
• Create safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environments that promote positive student outcomes.
• Assess, monitor and report on student achievement using a range of assessment strategies.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback that supports student growth and improvement.
• Build positive partnerships with students, families and colleagues to enhance learning and wellbeing.
• Apply effective behaviour management strategies that foster respectful and productive learning environments.
• Actively participate in professional learning, school events, staff meetings and collaborative improvement initiatives.
• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and contribute to a culture of child safety and wellbeing.
• Support and promote the Catholic ethos, values and mission of the school.
