Job summary

New Madinah College is seeking a passionate primary school teacher to deliver engaging and effective teaching programmes for our students in Young, NSW.

You will foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment while supporting students' academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development. Collaboration with families and the broader school community is essential, as is upholding the Islamic ethos and values of the College. Commencement date January 2027.

Qualifications

• Relevant teaching qualifications and current accreditation to teach in NSW.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to student wellbeing and academic excellence.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Understanding of, or commitment to, the Islamic values and mission of the College (desirable).
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting (desirable).

The successful applicant will deliver engaging and effective teaching programmes for primary-aged students, create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment, and support students' academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development.
