Leibler Yavneh College in Melbourne invites applications from innovative primary teachers for a full-time (1.0 FTE) role at our Elsternwick Campus on a 1-year contract, with the possibility of ongoing employment.

Hold current VIT registration and appropriate teaching qualifications; demonstrate 3–5 years of primary experience; strong content knowledge in English literacy or lower secondary maths; be a dynamic, collaborative classroom practitioner who uses technology to enhance learning.

Leibler Yavneh College is one of Australia's leading and most respected co-educational independent schools. With an enrolment of 700 students from ELC to Year 12, it comprises two metropolitan campuses in Melbourne.

Applications are invited from innovative and engaging Primary teachers for a full-time (1.0 FTE) (part time would be considered). This position is based at our Elsternwick Campus.

About you:

Hold current VIT registration and appropriate teaching and tertiary qualifications (secondary trained)

Bring passion, expertise, and a proven track record of achieving excellence in student learning.

Possess strong content knowledge and teaching practice in either English literacy or lower secondary maths (highly desirable)

Are a dynamic and engaging classroom practitioner with experience in leading others in the development and implementation of rigorous and innovative learning and teaching programs

Leverage technologies to enhance the learning and teaching

Work effectively and collaboratively as part of a committed and enthusiastic teaching team.

Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years teaching experience in a primary school setting.
