Job summary

Medacs Healthcare is seeking experienced Primary Health Care Nurses for short-term contracts across regional and remote communities in Central Queensland. Contracts offer flexible start dates, 6–12 weeks, and a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 for eligible nurses.

You’ll gain exposure to primary health care in rural communities with supportive recruitment teams, travel and accommodation arranged and covered. Ideal for nurses seeking rural Queensland experience and flexible contracts.

Qualifications

• To be considered, you’ll have AHPRA registration and experience in Primary Health Care and/or Community Health.
• Experience supporting rural, regional or remote communities is essential.
• Immunisation Program Nurse certification and BLS update are required or desirable.
• Strong assessment, communication and clinical decision‑making skills are needed.

What You’ll Need
