Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides routine support for teachers including planning student routines.
• Supports communication between teachers and parents.
• Communicates with teachers on routine matters related to students.
• Provides basic physical care and wellbeing support for students.
• Provides specialised communication support for students and teachers (e.g. AUSLAN/braille).
• Coordination of education support staff and rostering under supervision.
• Assists with educational programs and administrative tasks as directed by a teacher.
• Ensures data and records are maintained as required by policy.
• Coordinate and support school wellbeing initiatives and student outcomes.
