Tradewind Australia in Mildura is seeking Primary and Casual Relief Teachers (CRT) to bring learning to life across a range of Melbourne–area schools. Our team matches you with placements that suit your teaching style, experience and availability, giving you real flexibility, variety and the chance to build a long‑term connection with local communities.

You’ll need a recognised teaching qualification and VIT registration, plus two referees (one from your latest school).

• A recognised teaching qualification and current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
• Two professional referees from the past five years (One must be the principal of your latest school role)
• A flexible and proactive approach to new school settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that keep learning on track in the teacher's absence.
• Create a safe, positive and structured classroom environment.
• Adapt quickly to different classrooms and student needs.
• Supervise students in playgrounds or other school areas as required.
