Job summary

Tradewind Australia is seeking a Secondary Casual Relief Teacher (CRT) to cover Melbourne and wider Victoria schools. Deliver engaging lessons, maintain safe classrooms, and adapt quickly to different settings, ensuring continuity in learning.

Relief roles offer flexibility, advance bookings, mentoring from experienced Principals, and a supportive network. No joining fees and opportunities to build a long-term teaching pathway with regular shifts through our app.

Qualifications

• A recognised teaching qualification and current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
• Two professional referees from the past five years (mentor teachers accepted).
• A flexible and proactive approach to new school settings.

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that keep learning on track in the teacher's absence.
• Create a safe, positive and structured classroom environment.
• Adapt quickly to different classrooms and student needs.
• Supervise students in playgrounds or other school areas as required.
