Job summary

IAG invites you to join the Specialist, Pricing & AI role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne). You’ll help shape AI-powered pricing by combining analytics with real business impact and by building AI agents and intelligent workflows alongside pricing, governance and technology teams.

Lead the adoption of AI across Pricing, learn from cutting-edge AI capabilities, and drive scalable, responsible solutions with high value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI, ML, analytics or automation solutions that create business value.
• Strong capability in AI engineering, cloud technologies, APIs and scalable AI solutions.
• Hands-on design of AI agents, agentic workflows or generative AI apps.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Curiosity for emerging tech and applying AI to business challenges.
• Experience with GCP, Azure or AWS and MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI initiatives to improve pricing processes, decision support and outcomes.
• Design, build and deploy AI-powered pricing solutions using agentic/generative AI.
• Partner with pricing, governance and tech to deliver high-value AI use cases.
• Evaluate technologies and contribute to the Pricing Tech and AI roadmap.
• Establish monitoring, governance and responsible AI practices for scalable delivery.
• Coach teammates and promote AI-enabled ways of working across Pricing teams.

As a Specialist, Pricing & AI, you'll work alongside pricing, governance and technology teams to turn emerging AI capabilities into practical solutions that improve efficiency, insight and decision making. From building AI agents and intelligent workflows to helping teams embed AI into everyday practices, you'll play a key role in accelerating innovation across IIA Pricing while delivering meaningful outcomes for our customers and business.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne).

What You'll Do

• Drive the implementation of AI initiatives that improve pricing processes, decision support and commercial outcomes across the Pricing function
• Design, build and deploy AI powered pricing solutions using modern technologies including agentic AI, generative AI and machine learning.
• Partner with pricing, governance and technology stakeholders to identify, prioritise and deliver high value AI use cases.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to the Pricing Technology and AI roadmap, helping shape future capabilities
• Establish monitoring, governance and responsible AI practices that support scalable and sustainable solution delivery.
• Coach team members, share knowledge and support the adoption of AI enabled ways of working across Pricing teams

What You'll Bring

• Experience delivering AI, machine learning, analytics or automation solutions that create measurable business value.
• Strong capability in AI engineering, cloud technologies, APIs and deploying scalable AI solutions.
• Hands on experience designing AI agents, agentic workflows or generative AI applications.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical recommendations for diverse stakeholders
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and a passion for applying AI to solve business challenges.
• Experience with platforms such as GCP, Azure or AWS, along with modern MLOps practices, will be highly regarded
• A collaborative mindset with strong problem solving skills and a genuine desire to uplift capability across teams.
