Job summary

MECCA Brands in Williamstown, SA, AU is seeking a Pricing Analyst to own retail pricing strategy and execution across our brands. You will combine commercial thinking with strong analytical capability to ensure pricing is accurate, competitive and aligned with margins and objectives.

You will partner with Brands & Buying, Commercial Finance, Planning and Master Data Management to own pricing strategy, governance and execution, leveraging competitor insights and scenario modelling to inform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Advanced Analytics or related field, and/or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills with experience in BI tools.
• Experience in pricing, pricing strategy or analytics within Retail/FMCG.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy, governance and execution across MECCA's brands.
• Analyse pricing-driven margin performance and opportunities across FX, costs and bundles.
• Lead implementation and governance of price changes aligning with brand positioning.
• Maintain pricing frameworks, documentation and audit processes.
• Educate cross‑functional teams to drive adoption of pricing processes.
