Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Pricing Coordinator to join the Revenue Capacity Management team at our head office in Tullamarine, Victoria. The role focuses on monitoring rate activity, analysing price movements, and identifying revenue opportunities to maximise fleet utilisation.

You will report to the Pricing Manager AU/NZ and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations on pricing strategies and campaigns, with hybrid work options and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in car rental or travel industry is advantageous.
• Sound numeracy skills and ability to handle large data files.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide price comparison surveys between major market competitors for domestic and international activity.
• Work with management to maximise fleet utilisation and minimise transfer/spend.
• Analyse data on forward reservations and recommend pricing changes per strategy and market conditions.
• Provide weekly retail pricing summaries to management.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing/Operations on rate offerings and promotions.
