Job summary

Suncorp Group seeks a Pricing & Analytics technologist to design scalable AI-driven pricing solutions across Consumer Insurance. You’ll work with business, technology, data, risk and governance teams to deliver secure, production-ready outcomes.

You will advance analytics and AI platforms using Databricks, Posit and AWS, while embedding testing, governance and documentation for reliable, scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering production-grade data, analytics or AI solutions through the full development lifecycle.
• Strong programming skills and ability to turn complex pricing challenges into scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with governance, risk practices and secure deployment of AI

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalise analytics, Generative AI and agentic workflows for pricing.
• Automate pricing processes to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Establish responsible AI governance across new and existing solutions.
• Strengthen platform governance, assets and engineering standards across Databricks, Posit and AWS.
• Embed automated testing, source control, CI/CD, observability and technical docs.
