Autosports Group is seeking an Automotive Spray Painter to join our bodyshop in the Sydney area. You will prepare, mask, and spray vehicles to factory-like finishes on prestige and luxury brands, applying precise paint mixing and refinishing techniques.

The ideal candidate has proven spray painting experience in a dealership or high-end shop, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while collaborating with a team.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive spray painting experience in a dealership or high-end bodyshop.
• Strong paint mixing, prep, and application skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on premium finishes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mask, and spray vehicles to the highest quality standards.
• Mix and match paints accurately to achieve factory-standard finishes.
• Repair and refinish damaged panels with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Work collaboratively with other bodyshop team members to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
