Job summary

Dutton Automotive is seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to join our Queensland Retail team as part of a structured six-month development program. You’ll rotate across Albion, Underwood and Southport, learning the complete automotive sales process with hands-on coaching from experienced leaders, building customer relations and product knowledge.

No prior automotive experience is required; attitude and willingness to learn are valued, with potential to progress into a Sales Executive role.

Qualifications

• No prior automotive sales experience required.
• Attitude, drive and potential to become a successful salesperson.
• Willingness to rotate between Albion, Underwood and Southport.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Road to a Sale (RTAS) process.
• Engage with customers and build relationships.
• Develop product knowledge of prestige and luxury vehicles.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and dealership operations teams.
• Support three Queensland dealerships during the six-month program.
