Autosports Group is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our luxury automotive retail team. The right candidate will excel in a premium, customer-centric environment, delivering personalised service from enquiry through vehicle delivery, while representing high-end brands with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have proven automotive sales or luxury retail experience, strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, and a passion for premium brands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales or luxury retail
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Polished, professional presentation and communication style
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for premium brands
• Results-driven with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Deliver a personalised, end-to-end sales experience from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery
• Present and demonstrate premium vehicles with expert product knowledge
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining brand integrity
• Manage customer leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity using CRM systems
• Coordinate vehicle handovers to ensure a seamless and memorable customer experience
• Ensure compliance with dealership processes, manufacturer standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with Finance & Insurance, Service, and Delivery teams
• Represent the brand with professionalism in all customer interactions
