The Opportunity

As a Prestart Consultant, you will take on a diverse role providing expert guidance and support throughout the Prestart process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient selection procedures, contributing to successful project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Multiple positions across both custom and project home builders:

• Project Builder | Hybrid, including work from home - Full-time - Osborne Park
• Project Builder | Flexible working hours - Full-time with Part-time considered - Myaree
• Project Builder | Flexible working hours - Full-time - Wangara
• Custom Builder | Experience from project builders considered - Full-time - Osborne Park

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to client service and is motivated to build their career with a company they’re proud to stand behind

• 1+ years of experience working as a prestart consultant for a residential builder
• Candidates working for Tile shops or Building suppliers in a similar selection role are considered
• Forward-thinking, collaborative, encouraging, with an approachable attitude
• Exceptionally high attention to detail and Customer-centric focus
• Strong organisational abilities and Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
