We offer above‑award wages up to $40 per hour, a small group with 15 children, 3 hours of paid programming time per week, and ongoing professional development to help you grow within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Cert III or Diploma-qualified Educator with at least 1 year of experience
• Strong documentation and programming skills; confident with critical reflection
• Collaborative team player; values relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Proactive, creative educator with a passion for play-based learning
