Snooze Homebush is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Homebush store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, with training and mentoring provided. Base pay is experience-based with uncapped commission and super (OTE $110k-$150k+), including weekend and public holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience selling premium bedding is advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt with training.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and guide them to suitable bedroom solutions.
• Build rapport through thoughtful questions and personalized recommendations.
• Participate in daily store operations and merchandising.
• Work toward sales targets while maintaining high customer care.
• Assist with stock movement and store presentation.
