Job summary

Snooze Homebush invites you to join a confident, customer‑focused sales team in a vibrant bedding showroom. You will welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them toward suitable bedroom solutions with thoughtful questions and personalized recommendations.

Training and mentorship are provided to help you achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment at a busy shopping centre.

Qualifications

• No bedding industry experience required; training provided.
• Confident communicator with ability to nurture customer relationships.
• Positive attitude with ability to learn and adapt.
• Willingness to work retail hours including weekends/public holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to guide them to suitable bedroom solutions.
• Build rapport through questions and attentive listening, offering personalized recommendations.
• Work toward sales targets while maintaining customer care.
• Participate in daily store operations including merchandising and stock movement.
• Follow up to build lasting customer relationships.

Snooze Homebush is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant.

Whilst experience in the bedding industry may help, we encourage that this is not necessary and any experience with the right attitude will transition with the aid of training. We strongly welcome a confident communicator and someone who takes care in nurturing customer relationships.

Our primary focus is being truly dedicated on delivering exceptional customer experiences. We value a positive attitude which will be nourished with exceptional training, mentoring and feedback. The role involves working retail hours, which includes rotating weekends, and public holidays as required.
