Job summary

Kevlacat Power Boats Australia is seeking an experienced Shipwright/Boat Builder to join our skilled team in Yandina, Queensland. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge marine manufacturing techniques and premium boat construction.

You will construct fibreglass hulls and decks, perform finishing and fittings, and collaborate with design engineers to meet project deadlines. A minimum 3–5 years of marine construction experience is preferred, with strong craftsmanship

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in shipwright or marine construction.
• Advanced knowledge of fibreglass layup, composites and marine joinery.
• Ability to work safely with marine materials and tools.

Responsibilities

• Construct fibreglass hulls, decks and structural components.
• Perform finishing, lamination, painting and fitting installation.
• Maintain records and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate with design teams to meet deadlines.
