Hype DC is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our flagship Hype DC Hyperdome in Queensland, Australia. You will lead the store team, deliver the brand vision and establish a high-performance culture while achieving operational excellence.

On the floor 80% of your week, you will focus on sales growth, customer experiences, coaching, recruitment, omni-channel delivery, and visual merchandising, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in premium, fast-paced retail.
• Proven track record in driving sales and KPI targets.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a people-first culture by empowering and developing talent within the team.
• Drive sales and achieve KPI targets for a multimillion-dollar store.
• Deliver on brand vision and strategic initiatives.
• Be on the floor ~80% of the week with the customer at the core of decisions.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance development.
