R.M. Williams is seeking a casual Sales Associate in Rockhampton, QLD, to deliver an exceptional customer experience and uphold premium store standards. You will share product knowledge, assist with styling, and support store operations daily.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, learning our fashion, footwear and accessories range, and representing the R.M. Williams brand with enthusiasm and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a retail or hospitality environment, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong drive to meet and contribute to sales targets through service and selling.
• Ability to learn quickly and develop product knowledge across fashion, footwear and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience by welcoming and equipping customers with product knowledge and expert advice.
• Assist the Manager and team in maintaining high store visual standards.
• Strive to meet sales targets and KPIs through service and solutions-focused recommendations.
• Carry out store operations including replenishment, housekeeping, remerchandising and repairs.
• Act as a brand ambassador for R.M. Williams at all times.
