Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Retail Assistant in Bankstown to deliver engaging demonstrations and guide customers through our range of Floor Care, Environmental Control, Personal Care and Professional products.

You will work Saturdays and Sundays, strive to meet sales KPIs, deliver a high level of customer service, maintain visual merchandising, and build strong relationships with store management and staff while turning shoppers into Dyson owners.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or sales experience is required.
• Experience in a premium retail environment is advantageous.
• Weekend availability for Saturdays and Sundays is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on demonstrations of Dyson products across categories.
• Aim to meet individual KPIs while providing 5-star service.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presence.
• Build strong relationships with store management and staff.
