Capstone Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a leading Melbourne property developer. You’ll sit at the heart of a high-performing marketing function, coordinating campaigns across a diverse portfolio, supporting content creation, and helping plan launches and events.

You’ll work closely with sales, development and project teams to keep messaging aligned, manage agencies, and track campaign performance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in property development or building.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of projects, from planning through to launch and beyond
• Write, proof and manage engaging content for EDMs, social media, websites and project collateral
• Help plan and deliver launches, events and sales activations, including time on site and offsite
• Work closely with sales, development and project teams to keep messaging, timing and pricing accurate
• Brief and manage agencies, designers and suppliers, keeping every deliverable on time, on budget and on brand
• Oversee approvals, signage, advertising and collateral to ensure a consistent, polished brand presence
• Track campaign performance, prepare reporting and share insights that shape what happens next
• Keep an eye on competitor activity and market trends to help sharpen strategy
