Ocean Landscapes is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage the full sales journey for luxury residential outdoor transformations. You will own qualified opportunities, present proposals with the Estimating team, and drive conversions while maintaining premium positioning and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own qualified sales opportunities and outstanding proposals.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and understand their motivations.
• Conduct professional proposal presentations with the Estimating team.
• Implement consistent follow-up processes to maximise conversions.
• Address pricing objections and competitive quotations.
• Communicate value of workmanship, warranties, project management and concierge service.
• Identify buying signals and confidently ask for the sale.
• Guide clients through decision-making and secure contracts.
• Maintain an organised CRM-driven sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Directors, Estimator and PM to ensure a seamless client experience.
