Panthers Group and Pullman Sydney Penrith are seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Attendant to join our fast-paced team. You will deliver personalised service, maintain menu knowledge, and uphold high hygiene standards in a collaborative setting.

Compatible candidates will have 6–12 months of service experience, strong communication, and a valid RSA certificate. Flexible weekend availability and a Five-Star hospitality mindset are valued assets.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in Restaurant, Breakfast or Event service.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility in availability, including weekends and public holidays.
• Current RSA certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised service to all guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Ensure prompt, accurate, and attentive delivery of food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, beverages and specials.
