Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, retail or hospitality.
• A full and valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Ability to work rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-line experience specialist for premium customers from rental to return.
• Coordinate with customers for vehicle pick-up and drop-off and handle inquiries promptly.
• Verify rental details, inspect vehicles and assist with luggage as needed.
• Use computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
