Job summary

CIAO in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team. You will craft cocktails, wine and beer to a high standard while engaging with guests and delivering an exceptional bar experience.

Work with the Restaurant and Operations Managers to keep the drinks flowing, maintain speed during peak times, and uphold RSA and venue standards in a busy hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume or premium hospitality venue.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, engaging and knowledgeable service to guests at the bar.
• Prepare and serve a range of cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages to a high standard.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of our drinks menu and confidently make recommendations to guests.
• Maintain consistency, speed and attention to detail throughout busy service periods.
• Keep the bar clean, organised and well-stocked at all times.
• Work efficiently as part of the wider team to ensure a smooth and seamless service.
• Follow responsible service of alcohol (RSA), health and safety, and venue standards.
