• Deliver high-quality repairs with a focus on fixed first visit outcomes.
• Achieve productivity, efficiency, and quality targets.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and fault finding.
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Mentor and support apprentices where required.
• Uphold the professional standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand.
