Job summary

Covalent Lithium is seeking a Condition Monitoring Technician for its Mt Holland site. The role focuses on planned and unplanned condition monitoring activities within our integrated mine-to-refinery operation. This permanent, full-time position operates on an 8:6 roster, flying ex-Perth to Mt Holland.

You will develop, implement, and manage vibration, lubrication and thermography-based predictive maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and asset policies.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years fixed plant maintenance experience.
• Experience in vibration analysis and software.
• Experience in oil/wear debris analysis and thermography.
• Relevant trade qualification for the role.
• Vibration Analysis Level 2 and Lubrication Level 2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all work in a safe and efficient manner per Covalent policies.
• Develop and implement the Condition Monitoring program to support maintenance plans.
• Manage vibration, lubrication and thermography based predictive maintenance across rotating equipment.
• Coordinate with OEMs during installation of fixed plant equipment for monitoring suitability.
• Coordinate specialist condition monitoring contractors and data collection.
• Establish a Condition Monitoring database and reporting system with KPI tracking.
• Support planned and breakdown maintenance to maximize reliability of assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and procedures.
• Provide cross-department maintenance support as required.
