Job summary

SRG Global is seeking a skilled Condition Monitoring Technician to join our Asset Care division. This full-time role operates across Mackay, QLD, performing vibration analysis, thermography, oil sampling and data collection to support reliability and maintenance teams.

Ideal candidates will have ISO 18436-2 Level II Vibration Analysis training and 2+ years of analysis experience, with mining experience being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Vibration analysis and condition monitoring techniques.
• Thermography and ultrasound testing fundamentals.
• Oil sampling and component inspection practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine condition monitoring tasks including vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing, oil sampling and data collection.
• Carrying out sensor installation, in-situ field balancing and alignment of rotating machinery.
• Analyse machine condition data and identify trends and early indications of failure.
• Prepare detailed reports and provide recommendations to maintenance and engineering teams.
