Qualifications

• Hold a Mechanical Trade Qualification or Fitter & Turner qualification or similar.
• Be mechanically minded with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Eager to learn, develop new skills and build a long-term career.
• Bring a positive attitude and strong team mentality.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble precision trailer and aerospace equipment from engineering drawings.
• Use hand tools, power tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and technical specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections and testing to ensure builds meet high standards.
• Collaborate within a skilled production team.
• Contribute to projects supporting Australia's defence and aerospace industries.
