Marand Precision Engineering is seeking Aircraft Assembly Operators to join our team, supporting the manufacture and assembly of military aircraft structures for Australia’s aerospace and defence industry. You will work hands-on with tools in a structured, process-driven environment, with Day and Afternoon shifts to accommodate flexibility.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow work instructions.

Qualificações

• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Able to read and follow work instructions.
• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace is advantageous.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings is beneficial.

Marand Precision Engineering is seeking Aircraft Assembly Operators to join our growing team, supporting the manufacture and assembly of military aircraft structures for Australia's aerospace and defence industry. This is a hands‑on role suited to mechanically minded individuals who enjoy precision work, working with tools, and building high-quality products in a team environment.

Job Description

• Have a strong mechanical aptitude?
• Have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity?
• Have excellent attention to detail?
• Enjoy working in a structured, process-driven environment?

If so, we'd love to hear from you. We operate across both Day Shift and Afternoon Shift, so flexibility across shifts is highly regarded.

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
• Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace or similar industries will be highly regarded.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings (advantageous).

Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

• Drilling, reaming, deburring and countersinking
• Measuring equipment including verniers, gauges and calipers
• Composite bonding
• Pneumatic tooling
