• Accurately pick stock from warehouse locations according to customer orders, picking slips, or RF scanner instructions.
• Pack products safely and securely to prevent damage during transportation.
• Verify item quantities, product codes, and descriptions against order documentation.
• Prepare orders for dispatch within required timeframes and service standards.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products are free from defects and correctly labelled.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing inbound goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report stock discrepancies to supervisors.
• Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely, including pallet jacks and RF scanners.
• Follow all workplace health and safety (WHS) policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Keep warehouse work areas clean, organised, and free from hazards.
• Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and attendance expectations.
• Report damaged goods, equipment faults, and safety concerns promptly to management.
