This role will steer day-to-day operations, empower teams, and foster a thriving, people-focused culture at Nedlands, WA, with flexible and hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Higher degree by research in health, biomedical, or social sciences, or a tertiary qualification in science/business administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the PrecisionHealth Theme, aligning with the Strategic Plan.
• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable research programs and timelines.
• Mentor research teams and foster cross-theme collaboration.
• Represent the Theme in meetings and external engagements.
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure high-quality outcomes.
