Imperial Bullion in Toowoomba is seeking a Sales & Client Services Assistant to support our bullion, jewellery and precious metals services in-store. You will greet customers, handle purchases and provide expert service in a hands-on retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, client services or a similar customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage and assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable customer service.
• Assist customers with the purchase and sale of gold, silver and other precious metals.
• Conduct precious metal and jewellery appraisals following training.
• Facilitate the purchase of second‑hand gold and jewellery from customers.
• Operate specialised testing equipment including XRF machines, scales and other precious metal testing tools.
• Process cash, EFTPOS and other customer transactions accurately.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Assist with stock management, merchandising and product presentation.
