Job summary

The City of Stirling in Western Australia seeks an experienced Coordinator City Precincts to lead planning, coordination and delivery of transformative place-based projects across Stirling City Centre. You will drive catalyst initiatives from concept to implementation, coordinating government agencies, partners and the community to achieve investment-ready outcomes.

As a forward-thinking leader, you will shape the City’s future by guiding multi-disciplinary teams, delivering sustainable precinct

Qualifications

Significant experience leading complex urban development or precinct renewal projects.
Strong knowledge of planning, development and place-making principles.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining influential stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic precinct planning, renewal and transformation initiatives across the City.
Drive delivery of catalyst projects from concept to implementation.
Coordinate complex projects with multiple stakeholders, agencies and partners.
Identify and facilitate investment, funding and partnership opportunities.
Build relationships with developers, investors, government representatives and community stakeholders.
Provide strategic advice to senior leaders, Executive Team and Council.
Influence and coordinate outcomes across multidisciplinary teams.
