A leading hospitality group is seeking a Precinct Beverage Manager in New South Wales to lead beverage programs across multiple venues. The role involves creating seasonal drink lists, supplier management, and team development. Ideal candidates will have strong cocktail and wine expertise along with hands-on leadership experience. As Precinct Beverage Manager, you’ll oversee the beverage programs across the four venues above. From creating seasonal wine and cocktail lists to managing suppliers, activations, and training, you’ll lead the way in delivering drinks that excite guests and keep standards high. You’ll work closely with venue managers and the beverage director while developing and motivating a skilled team.
We’re after someone with multi-venue experience, strong expertise in both cocktails and wine, and a hands-on leadership style. You’ll be organised, commercially minded, and passionate about mentoring others, with the ability to balance creativity and consistency across busy bars and restaurants.
