Our work spans everything from high-profile infrastructure projects to innovative recycled concrete solutions distributed nationally to HVAC and plumbing industries.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Production Leading Hand to join our team at our Seventeen Mile Rocks facility. This is a physically demanding role that plays a key part in daily production operations and leads a small team of factory staff.
Importantly, this role is designed as a steppingstone to Production Manager, with a clear progression plan over 12–24 months for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and work alongside a team of production staff
  • Coordinate and meet daily production and inventory targets
  • Operate on all production lines, supporting team as needed
  • Oversee quality control processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Maintain and clean machinery and factory equipment
  • Operate forklifts to move materials and load machines
  • Wrap, pack, and prepare pallets for dispatch
  • Use power tools for maintenance and production prep
Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience as a leading hand or senior line worker in manufacturing
  • Precast concrete or concreting experience (essential)
  • Forklift licence (essential)
  • Mechanically minded with machine maintenance experience
  • Confident using email and basic production software
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management
  • Physically fit and hands-on
  • Available Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3:30pm
