Job summary

WorkPac Group is recruiting for a hands-on production worker in Moree, NSW, to support our client manufacturing precast concrete products. You will demould, assist with steel fixing to production specs, pour and finish concrete, and help maintain tools and materials while keeping the site clean and safe.

You must hold a current driver’s licence and a valid White Card, be physically fit for manual tasks, and work well in a team to meet daily targets. On-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s licence.
• Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card).
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Demould precast concrete products.
• Complete steel fixing to production specification's.
• Assist with concrete pouring and finishing.
• Maintain consumables, tools, and materials.
• Keep the work area clean, organised, and safe.
• Work with the team to meet daily production targets.
