McCormick Foods in Moorabbin, Melbourne, seeks a pre-weigh operator for a full-time permanent role reporting to the Internal Logistics Manager. You will weigh and measure raw materials, document activities, and assist with production planning in a GMP-compliant environment.

You’ll collaborate with the Advanced Storeperson to coordinate material supply, maintain storage, and ensure safety and cleanliness in the pre-weigh area. This role offers growth within a supportive team.

Competenze

• Experience in weighing and measuring raw materials according to batch records.
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety guidelines.
• Ability to document activities and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Attention to cleanliness and workplace organization.
• Effective communication with store personnel and management.

• Accurately weigh and measure raw materials according to batch records and production order specifications.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials to maintain quality and prevent contamination.
• Record and document all pre-weigh activities, including material usage and inventory levels.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the pre-weigh area.
• Communicate effectively with advanced store person and management to coordinate material supply and production schedules.
