Rmkble is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our Melbourne team. You will bridge client challenges and our technical capabilities, shaping and winning engagements as a hands-on contributor across Data, AI, and Intelligent Automation domains.

You’ll lead discovery through to proposals, design pragmatic architectures, and build trusted relationships with CIOs and technical stakeholders. A Melbourne network and MVP status are highly valued.

• Microsoft MVP status (current or past) and versatility across technology domains.
• Hands-on Data, AI and Copilot Studio solutions expertise as core domain.
• Minimum 3 years in a Melbourne IT digital transformation consultancy.

Pre-Sales Solution Architect

We’re seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join the Rmkble team in Melbourne.

You will be the critical link between our clients' business challenges and Rmkble's technical capabilities, playing a hands-on role in shaping and winning new engagements as part of our Melbourne team.

This role will work across all Rmkble’s specialist consulting businesses (Data - AI - Intelligent Automation - Advisory - Strategy - Transformation - Modernisation), which together offer an unparalleled breadth and depth of end-to-end solutions for clients in one seamless engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will leverage your Melbourne network to open doors and lead pre-sales engagements; from discovery through to proposal.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Leadership: Own the end-to-end pre-sales cycle, discovery workshops, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoCs), answering deep technical questions and collaborating on solution scoping, proposal development, and executive presentations.
• Solution Design: Translate client needs into clear, pragmatic solution architectures across multiple technology domains, with a focus on Data, AI, and Intelligent Automation.
• Networking & Pre-sales:Actively use your industry network to open doors and profile client needs, shaping pragmatic solutionsthat help our clients to transform their operations
• Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, presenting solutions with clarity and confidence to both technical teams and C-suite audiences.
• Microsoft Vendor Partnerships:Cultivate and leverage strategic relationships

Essential

• Microsoft MVP:You are a Microsoft specialist (current or past MVP), and yet a versatile consultant who is comfortable navigating multiple technology domains and tech stacks.
• Data, AI & Copilot Studio solutions: Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Data, AI, and/or Copilot Studio solutions, this is your core domain.
• Melbourne Consultancy Experience: Minimum 3 years working within a small-to-medium IT digital transformation consultancy in Melbourne, with exposure to the full pre-sales and delivery lifecycle.
• Networked & Commercially Driven: You have an active, established network across Melbourne corporate, enterprise, and government organisations, and you know how to use it.
• Solution Storyteller: You can turn a complex technical architecture into a compelling business case that lands with a CFO as clearly as it does with a solutions team.
• Technical Tinkerer: You experiment with and keep up to date with the latest Microsoft and broader ICT trends curiosity is your default setting.
• Values-Driven: You share our core principles: always delivering, caring for people, being humble, building lasting relationships, and making every journey remarkable.
• Software Development background it gives you credibility in the room and sharper instincts when scoping solutions.
