We’re launching Fitness Cartel Mackay, and we’re looking for a driven and dynamic Pre-sales Manager to lead the charge! The Role :

Sales Managers are primarily responsible for achieving club membership sales targets, whilst training, mentoring, and managing Membership Consultants daily. Additionally, this role will assist the Club General Manager with operational procedures and meetings. We will also provide development training to prepare you for a future Club General Manager position within the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve new membership sales targets set by the Club Manager and Directors.
• Deliver training, mentoring, and support to Membership Consultants, encouraging creative & varied techniques to generate leads.
• Utilize internal software systems including Clubware, Debit Success & Gym Sales to ensure procedures are followed.
• Implement internal and external marketing strategies including social media, SMS, Email Blasts, B2B outreach, community events, and other lead generation activities.
• Manage social media as per provided guidelines.
• Support the Club General Manager as needed.
• Plan and execute external lead generation activities, including B2B outreach and community events.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the Fitness Industry but not mandatory.
• A financially motivated person with a drive to achieve targets and team goals.
• Experience in KPI-driven environments with a proactive lead generation mindset.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and help them succeed.
• Problem-solving skills and resilience.
• Excellent communication skills—listening, understanding, empathizing, and influencing.
• Customer-focused with a desire to deliver exceptional outcomes.
