• Preparing technical drawings, cutting lists, and material specifications for the production team.
• Conducting quality reviews of designs and specifications prior to production to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Managing material procurement and ensuring stock availability for scheduled projects.
• Monitoring project progress and adjusting timelines or resources as needed to meet deadlines.
• Communicating effectively with production staff, providing clear instructions and guidance.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all pre-production activities.

About the role

Rap Joinery Pty Ltd is seeking a Pre-Production Manager to join our growing team in Pooraka, SA.

This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in optimising our production workflows and ensuring projects are executed efficiently from the initial planning stages through to manufacturing. As Pre-Production Manager, you will be the vital link between design, client requirements, and our production team, managing timelines, resources, and quality standards to deliver exceptional joinery and cabinet making solutions.
