The Opportunity

This is more than your average cabinet-making or installation role. We are looking for experienced tradespeople who understand high-end joinery and can work confidently across a variety of projects.

Our current vacancies are based in Brisbane, Queensland, with opportunities for Cabinet Makers, Joiners and Cabinet Installers.

Depending on your experience, your role may involve working in our factory, manufacturing custom cabinetry, or leading and completing installations on site.

For highly experienced candidates, there are also opportunities to take responsibility for projects from site measure and shop drawings through to manufacturing, installation and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and position, your responsibilities may include:

• Cabinet Making: Manufacturing high-end custom cabinetry to precise specifications and the highest quality standards.

• Shop Drawings & Site Measures: Reading plans, completing accurate site measures and working from detailed shop drawings.

• CNC Operation: Programming and operating CNC machinery where required.

• Machinery & Factory Work: Operating factory machinery including panel saws, edge banders, hinge presses and other joinery equipment.

• Assembly: Assembling cabinetry accurately and efficiently, ensuring a high-quality finish.

• Onsite Installation: Installing kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and custom joinery with a precise, clean and professional finish.

• Client & Builder Liaison: Working professionally with builders, clients and other trades on site.

• Project Responsibility: For senior candidates, taking ownership of projects from initial site measure through to manufacturing, installation and final handover.

• National Projects: As our business operates nationally, there may be opportunities to work on projects in other locations across Australia.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be:

• Experienced: A qualified or experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner / Installer with proven experience in high-end joinery.

• Quality Focused: You have an exceptional eye for detail and take pride in delivering a premium finished product.

• Technically Capable: You can confidently read plans and shop drawings and understand joinery construction and installation.

• Skilled: You have experience with standard joinery machinery and installation equipment. CNC experience is highly regarded.

• Reliable & Professional: You are punctual, organised, well-presented and take responsibility for your work.

• A Team Player: You can work effectively with our team, builders, clients and other trades.

• Autonomous: You can work independently, solve problems and get the job done without constant supervision.

• Equipped: You have your own basic hand tools required for professional installation.

• Licensed: You hold a valid Australian driver's licence.

• Flexible: You are willing to travel to project sites when required.
