In North Brisbane, we represent White Lady Funerals, George Hartnett Metropolitan Funerals, Simplicity Funerals and a Group of Cemetery, Crematorium and Memorial Parks.

This role will see you on the road five days a week, working from multiple funeral locations and branches across North Brisbane.

What you'll do:

  • Spark Connections: Actively engage with local communities, clubs, and organizations to generate your own leads through targeted networking, events, and partnerships.
  • Inspire Trust: Build lasting relationships with clients, guiding them with empathy through the process of pre-planning their funeral needs.
  • Tailor Solutions: Recommend personalised pre-paid funeral plans that align with clients' wishes, ensuring peace of mind for them and their families.
  • Grow Your Impact: Proactively develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to follow-ups and conversions, using your creativity to exceed targets.
  • Be a Community Advocate: Represent Guardian Plan and our funeral brands as a trusted advisor, fostering goodwill and strengthening our presence in North Brisbane.

What You Bring:

  • Proven success in a B2C sales role, with a knack for surpassing targets, developing and new business building pipelines.
  • A passion for community engagement and relationship-based selling, with the ability to connect on sensitive topics with empathy.
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills, with a proactive approach to networking and business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to make a difference in your community.
  • An unrestricted driver's license to travel across Brisbane and surrounding areas.
  • No prior funeral industry experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
