The Dinner Ladies in New South Wales is seeking a reliable, hands-on team member to own a core part of our production—managing ice tubs and supporting ingredient flow across kitchen and dispatch teams.

This is an early morning role (4:30am start, Monday to Friday), ideal for someone who enjoys finishing early and having the rest of the day free. You’ll work in a fast-paced food production environment, ensuring chilled products are properly handled and ready when needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual; early start is essential.
• Comfortable working in a cold/freezer environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Ice Tub Management: prepare/fill ice tubs and distribute to kitchen teams.
• Monitor chilling process, temperature checks, and recording.
• Ensure food safety and temperature compliance.
• Unpack and organise chilled sauces and ingredients.
• Clean, reset, and maintain tubs.
