INTEC Energy is a leader in renewable energy solutions, specialising in the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of solar power projects. We are currently seeking a Pre-Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. This pivotal role ensures our solar and BESS projects are technically and logistically ready for seamless handover to construction.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating all technical and regulatory early works activities to ensure site and grid readiness.
• Leading stakeholder engagement with client, suppliers, utilities, councils, landowners, and internal teams.
• Managing permitting, planning approvals, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Overseeing geotechnical studies, surveys, and temporary site works.
• Supporting early procurement, subcontractor engagement, and site mobilisation.
• Identifying project risks and maintaining compliance with WHS and environmental standards

Qualifications and experience:

• 5–7 years’ experience in renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure project management (desirable).
• Strong understanding of utility-scale solar development and grid connection in Australia.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• Excellent stakeholder, commercial, and project planning skills.
• Familiarity with AEMO and network service provider processes (desirable)
