At Binbi Yadubay (Healthy Beginnings), you'll play a vital role in helping people take that first step into residential treatment and supporting them as they transition back into the community with confidence, connection and purpose.
Operated by Lives Lived Well and located just north of Rockhampton, Binbi Yadubay provides residential withdrawal and rehabilitation services for adults seeking support with alcohol and other drug challenges. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll support clients before, during and after their treatment journey, helping them build the foundations for lasting change.
As our Pre and Post Worker, you'll coordinate and deliver support for clients entering and exiting the residential program. You'll conduct assessments, facilitate group work, develop support plans and work closely with clients to strengthen their readiness for treatment and long-term recovery.
This role combines counselling, case management, care coordination and client advocacy, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and meaningful client engagement.
You may come from alcohol and other drug services, mental health, community services, disability, housing, justice or another human services background.
