Frontline Recruitment Group in Brisbane is seeking a confident and experienced Practice Nurse to join a busy general practice in Chermside. This permanent full-time role offers an immediate start for the right candidate.

You will work alongside GPs to deliver high-quality patient care across immunisations, chronic disease management, wound care and assessments within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Immunisations and vaccinations experience in general practice.
• Chronic disease management experience.
• Wound care and health assessments.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work well within a busy multidisciplinary team.
• Australian working rights.
